Dana Fox is the Managing Partner of BD&J’s Pasadena office. Mr. Fox handles and tries high-profile and catastrophic injury, wrongful death, police use of force, premises liability, sexual assault, and product liability cases. While he spent years defending personal injury matters, he now brings his expertise to champion for plaintiffs in their pursuit of justice. Mr. Fox has earned national and international renown through his work on several high stakes, widely reported cases. He advised Live Nation during the litigation arising out of the 2017 Las Vegas mass shooting, as well as the Los Angeles Dodgers and its owner Frank McCourt, in Stow v. Los Angeles Dodgers. More recently, Mr. Fox represented Rust Movie Production, LLC, the company that produced the film Rust starring Alec Baldwin which saw a tragic accidental shooting on set.
