Monica Martinez brings an empathetic, well-rounded approach to her work for injured clients. With a passion for serving her community and pursuing equity, she has proven herself time and again as a thoughtful and trustworthy advocate for California residents.
Born and raised in the East Los Angeles area, Ms. Martinez received her undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science with a pre-law emphasis from California State University, Los Angeles. After graduation she interned for U.S. Congressman Adam Schiff helping to field constituents concerns and navigate federal issues. It was during this experience that she saw numerous situations where people were being treated unjustly with little to no recourse. This solidified her resolve to help people in need. From this realization, she began tirelessly pursuing a career in law.
Ms. Martinez put herself through college and law school while working full time as a personal injury paralegal. Once she became a licensed attorney, this made for a seamless transition as she was able to hit the ground running with a wealth of legal experience. Ms. Martinez has worked many areas of civil litigation and has even helped represent wildfire victims in California, New Mexico, and Colorado.
