Victoria Clemans was born into a family of doctors and is the first to become an attorney. Her parents met at Stanford where her mother graduated as valedictorian. Victoria, originally a shy girl, broke out of her shell when she moved to New York City at just 19 years of age. She raised her niece and has traveled the world. This fearlessness and loving nature prepared her for a career connecting with and serving her clients.
Victoria enjoys doing service for all and has a very compassionate mindset, which is why she served on the bar panel for nearly 17 years helping indigent people. She has tried over 30 jury trials to verdict as first chair. While tough-minded, Victoria maintains a striking balance of being aggressive and keeping a sound and wise disposition. Victoria received the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts during law school and was a law clerk for Anthony J. Mohr. (Ret.)
In 2021, Victoria defended an innocent client in a 6-count misdemeanor trial alone against a team led by the DDA. Through her courageous and skilled advocacy, her client was acquitted of all 6 counts. Victoria’s successes and tangible passion for justice has earned her peer recognition as one of Los Angeles Magazine’s Top Attorneys in Southern California.
Her dedication to client success and experience is boundless and has helped make a difference in all her clients’ lives. She has proudly maintained a perfect ten-star rating on Avvo and five-star rating on Google.
